Florio-Luković Palace
Florio-Luković Palace is situated in the central part of Prčanj. It was built in the 18th century. The palace was owned by the famous noble family Florio from Prčanj. When the family died out the palace passed to Count Luković. The main façade, dominated by a Baroque balcony on the first floor, faces the sea. The entrance to the palace is reached via a decorated portal and stairway made of Korčula stone.

The first floor had a salon which was decorated at the beginning of the 19th century by Don Marko Florio, a priest of Prčanj, in the then prevailing “imperial” style. The ceiling has gold plated stucco decoration in bas-relief. Its central part depicted the coat-of-arms of the Florio family (two lily flowers in the upper and lower fields), surrounded by motifs of leaves and flowers. The floor was covered with Venetian ceramic tiles which had geometrical shapes and flowers painted on them. The most beautiful decorations in the salon were two large canvases (2 x 1.5 m) which depict two Old Testament scenes which were rarely used as a subject: the Vow and the Sacrifice of the Israelite judge Jephthah, painted by the Venetian painter Francesco Potenza, who was active in Boka Kotorska at the end of the 18th and beginning of the 19th century. Besides the period furniture, the palace had a large collection of weapons, coins, ethnological objects from Boka Kotorska and several valuable paintings. The palace also possessed a collection of objects connected with the Battle of Vis / Lissa - a sea battle near the island of Vis in the Adriatic which took place on 20 July 1866 between the fleets of Austro-Hungary and Italy for supremacy on the eastern Adriatic coast; the Austro-Hungarian force  won a decisive victory - which belonged to Rear Admiral Marko Eugen Florio, including the officer’s belt that he wore at the battle, his pistol, a  photograph of the ship he was commanding (corvette “Erzherzog Friedrich”) and photographs of other warships that took part in the battle.

In the palace garden, a family chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Angels was built at the end of the 18th century.
