Lučić-Kolović-Matikola Palace is situated on the waterfront, in the western part of Perast. It was built in the second half of the 18th century, which is confirmed by an inscription on the main façade dating the structure to the year 1779 and listing the names of the owners, Nikola Kolović–Matikola and his sons from the “casada” Studeni. |
Zmajević Palace is situated in the western part of Perast. The palace is referred to as the “Bishopric” because it served as a residence for two bishops, Andrija and Vicko Zmajević. The palace, with an octagonal belfry and a family chapel dedicated to the Lady of the Rosary, represents the most distinctive landmark in the landscape of Perast and its most valuable architectural entity. |

Martinović Palace is one of the oldest palaces in Perast. It is located by “Velja” Street, which connects the main square where St. Nicholas church stands with the Fortress of St. Cross built above the town. The palace carries the coat-of-arms of the “casada” Čizmai to which the Martinović’s belonged. The coat-of-arms depicts a hand holding a stalk. Today the palace is in a ruined state. |
Visković Palace is located in the area called “Luka” on the waterfront below the old road. The Visković complex consists of four parts: a tower (“čardak”), the palace, a loggia with a garden and a new part. |
Balović Palace stands in the eastern part of Perast called “Luka”. In front of the palace there is a “boljun” (fresh water well) called Bizetina – with a terrace with a half-round vault above it – belonging to the palace. The palace was built in the middle of the 18th century. |

Šestokrilović Palace is located in the area called “Luka”, in the south-eastern part of Perast. The palace was probably built at the end of the 17th century, which is confirmed by an inscription in the roof cornice making reference to 1691, see below. |
